For the Canon Printer Offline, forget the router to disconnect it from your printer. Then reconnect it to your printer. If you link both with a USB cord, do so. Instead, having a wireless printer connected to your internet router, you can establish a connection by opening the WiFi Wizard Setup window on your printer. Once the Wi-Fi light begins to blink, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer. When you are certain and your printer begins to flash blue light, go to your wifi router and push the WPS button.
